Returns

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food products once they have been shipped.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for orders that are returned, refused, or unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@omahaproteinpopcorn.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has shipped, Omaha Protein Popcorn is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. We recommend double-checking your shipping information before placing your order.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
