📜 OPP Partnership Terms of Service
By submitting your information or participating in any Omaha Protein Popcorn (“OPP”) brand partnership, you agree to the following terms:
1. Brand Representation & Usage
You agree not to misrepresent, dilute, or damage the OPP brand in any content, post, or communication. All public-facing material must align with the OPP brand's tone, values, and guidelines. We reserve the right to request removal of content that misrepresents the brand.
2. Content Rights & Licensing
Any photos, videos, or creative assets shared with us — whether tagged, sent directly, or created through a collaboration — may be used by OPP for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across all platforms. By sharing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and republish your content.
3. White-Label & Co-Branded Rights
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, partnerships do not include the right to white-label OPP products under your own name or brand. We do offer co-branded and private-label programs on a case-by-case basis. To inquire, please email info@omahaproteinpopcorn.com.
4. Ambassador Codes & Compensation
Commission-based partnerships and rep codes are subject to review and may be revoked at any time for inactivity, brand conflict, or misuse. Payout terms and thresholds will be outlined via individual agreements or affiliate platform terms.
5. Termination & Discretion
We reserve the right to end any partnership, remove codes, or request removal of brand-affiliated content at our sole discretion if values or terms are not aligned.
